Product Description : 

    This 5 gallon non-spill closure with silicone seal is designed for water cooler / water dispenser with a puncturing prong or spike. The closure fits firmly over the top of water bottle / jug to keep the water inside fresh when you're upending it to place on the cooler. The closure remains on the bottle during placement and removal from water cooler to prevent spills. The re-sealable valve keeps foreign contaminants from entering water. The valve reseals itself when the bottle is removed from water cooler and remains on the bottle closure until return to the filling plant for de-capping. Automatic capping, de-capping, and bottle filling equipment available.

    The popular 5 gallon non-spill closure with silicone ring is used for water cooler containers (2, 3, 4, 5 gallons) made out of PC or PET is compatible to the most of the bottle necks. The silicone bi-injected ring replaces the conventional foam liner, assures tight sealing between the closure and the container neck, eliminates any possibility of leakage. From the health perspective, the silicone seal eliminates the problems of foodstuff sanitation and safety which may be caused by conventional foam liners. 

    This new design 5 gallon non-spill closure includes 3 parts : cap-body with silicone bi-injected seal, re-sealable valve, and heat sealing label. The heat sealing label is a compound of PET, OPP and PE. We apply the label with the heat seal process. It's an environmentally friendly process which uses no glue or chemicals. It passes strict adhesion performance testing. The label protects against dirt in the aperture and serve as tamper evidence as the same time. We can provide personalized label printing for your closures. We handle the artworks and layout creation, always base on your current or desired label design. 

    All materials used in the production of our 5 gallon non-spill closures are 100% virgin materials, comply with requirements of food grade (QS,SGS approved), and also compliant with European standards. Thanks to the high quality of component materials, minimizes the drawbacks both in the production chain, and eliminates any cracks, leaks etc. Standard colors are blue, green, or natural ( semi-clear ). But we can also customize colors to meet your application, for example, yellow, red, pink, purple, and so on. 

How to use this 5 Gallon Non-spill Closure ?

    If there is a non-spill closure currently on your bottle, please simply remove it and insure the small inner plug is not inside bottle. Then refill the clear water and push the 5 gallon non-spill water bottle closure onto bottle, and press until it snaps in place.

1.Simply peel off the heat sealing label on the top of closure ;
2. Invert the heavy bottle overhead the water cooler ; 
3. Place the bottle on top of the sanitary probe ; 
4. Invert the heavy bottle into place, and put down it slowly ; 
5. The plastic prong in the center of water cooler will push the re-sealable valve ( small inner plug ), allow drinking water to flow through.​

1. Not all bottles have same size mouth or the non-spill closures will work with all bottles. Please measure first and double check your bottle and water cooler before purchase. These 5 gallon bottle caps will not work with screw top bottles.
