Product Description : 

    This plastic 55mm 5 gallon water bottle cover is designed for water cooler with a puncturing prong or spike. The plastic cover fits firmly over the top of water bottle to keep the water inside fresh when you're upending it to place on the cooler. The cover remains on the bottle, when placing or removing from probe actuating water cooler. The small inner plug remains in the cap-body until returned to supplier for removal. Automatic de-capping equipment available.

    These 5 gallon water bottle covers will snap on most of 55mm crown top delivery bottles (2, 3, 4, 5 Gallons). Majority of bottled water companies use these plastic covers as their standard covers. 

     All materials used in the production of our 5 gallon water bottle covers are 100% virgin materials, comply with requirements of food grade (QS,SGS approved), and also compliant with european standards. Standard colors are blue, green, or natural ( semi-clear ). But we can also customize colors to meet your application, for example, yellow, red, pink, purple, and so on. 

    This is a plastic combination cover. It includes 4 parts : cap-body, top pop disc cap, small inner plug, and foam liner. We can engrave your personalized logo in the top pop disc cap, but the minimum order quantity should be over 500,000 pieces. 

How to use this 5 gallon water bottle cover ?

    If there is a 5 gallon water bottle cover currently on your bottle, please simply remove it and insure the small inner plug is not inside bottle. Then refill the clear water and push the plastic cover onto bottle, and press until it snaps in place.

1. Pull off the top pop disc cap ;
2. Invert the heavy bottle overhead the water cooler ; 
3. Place the bottle on top of the sanitary probe ; 
4. Invert the heavy bottle into place, and put down it slowly ; 
5. The plastic prong in the center of water cooler will push the re-sealable valve ( small inner plug ), allow drinking water to flow through.

Please note : 

1. Not all bottles have same size mouth or the plastic covers will work with all bottles. Please measure first and double check your bottle and water cooler before purchase. These plastic covers will not work with screw top bottles.
