Product Instructions :
1.These plastic 55mm no spill push on caps will snap on most 55mm top delivery bottles (2 Gallon, 3 Gallon, 5 Gallon). Majority of Bottled Water companies use these as their standard caps.
2.This 55mm no spill cap includes 3 parts : Cap-body, PE/EPE Foam Liner and Heat Seal Label.
3.Standard colors are Blue, Green, or Natural (Semi-clear). But we can also customize colors to meet your application,for example, Yellow, Red, Pink, Purple, and so on.
4.All materials used in the production of our 55mm push on caps are 100% virgin LLDPE-7144 and LDPE-2426K, comply with requirements of food grade (QS,SGS approved), and also compliant with European standards.
5.We can provide custom printed labels for snap on caps. We handle artwork and layout creation, based on your current or desired label design. But all above base on volume purchase, the minimun of quantity are 200,000pcs caps.
Product Features :
1.This 55mm push on cap is designed for water cooler with a puncturing prong or spike.
2.This snap on cap fits firmly over the top of your bottle to keep the water inside when you're upending it to place on the cooler.
3.The 55mm no spill cap remains on the bottle, when placing or removing from probe actuating water cooler.
4.Automatic de-capping equipment available.
How To Use This Cap :
If there is a 55mm snap on cap currently on your bottle, please simply remove it. Refill the clear water and push the 55mm no spill cap onto bottle, and press until it snaps in place. Peel the label off the top. Invert the bottle into place on the cooler and the prong will punctures the piece in the center of cap, allow water to flow through.
Please note:
Not all bottles have same size mouth or will the 55mm push on cap work with all bottles. Please measure first and double check your bottle and water cooler before purchase. These will not work with screw top bottles.
